Made with 100% Agiorgitiko grape variety. The vineyards are found in Stymphalia plateau with deep, clayey, alkaline soils with a lot of calcium carbonate.
The juice is left to settle in the tanks at a 12 degrees Celsius for some days before the inoculation. The vinification temperature is at 23 degrees Celsius. Separation occurs only after enough phenolic ingredients are being extracted in order to create a vivid colouring in the wine without aggressiveness or astringency.
Rich fruity aroma of red fruits, cherries, sour cherries in a perfect combination with carnation and vanilla aromas. in the mouth is a velvety and balanced with fresh acidity and aromas. Taste full with a long aftertaste and fruity in the mouth.
Ideal served alongside grilled meat, oily fish, red sauces and homemade pizzas.
